A unique opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, forward thinking and energetic Art teacher, within our successful and highly respected Art department at Wymondham High Academy. Due to the current staffing allocations within the Department there will be options for negotiation for the suitable candidate in regards to the flexibility of the type of contract that can be offered.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, flexible and enthusiastic teacher of Art. You will benefit from excellent departmental leadership, superb facilities and the support of a very talented and motivated team. Attitude, confidence and the ability to fit in to the team ethos is as important as experience in helping inspire success in our students from KS3 to KS5. Having an experience of teaching GCSE Fine Art, Photography and/or Textiles is advantageous.

The successful applicant will be a well-qualified and outstanding subject specialist who must demonstrate a proven track record of getting results; who is able to adopt a collaborative approach to developing the Art curriculum; that is able to plan effectively as well as collaboratively and who is committed to achieving high standards and developing each child to their potential.
